So now that you’ve decided to host an exchange, you’re probably wondering how you’re going to pull all this together. Once you accept that sleep and a source of steady income are overrated, you’re on your way to a successful exchange! Here’s a timeline to get you started.

Note: THERE IS NO CORRECT WAY TO RUN AN EXCHANGE!!  The following is a collection of wisdom from others who have run exchanges.  It’s important to note that experimentation, creativity, and love are far more important ingredients to add flavaa than anything we could list below.
